About Me
I'm a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor based in South Wales, offering Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) for residential properties across Bristol, Cardiff, and the surrounding areas.
I began working as an energy assessor in early 2025 and have since completed a significant number of assessments, particularly in student properties and HMOs. Having hands-on experience with this property type, I understand the unique requirements landlords face when keeping their properties compliant and up to date.
I'm also currently a student at Cardiff University, and I carry out EPC assessments in my spare time to help support myself through university. This work allows me to develop professional skills, meet a wide variety of clients, and contribute to better energy awareness in the rental sector.
